RECRUITMENT FOR THE POSTS OF:-

a) Inspector (Hindi Translator)

b) Head Constable (Dresser Veterinary)

c) Constable (Animal Transport)

d) Sub Inspector (Overseer)

e) Constable (Pioneer)

f) Head Constable (Motor Mechanic)

g) Constable (Motor Mechanic)

h) Constable (Driver)

Applications are invited from Indian citizens, for filling up the vacancies of above posts, in

Group-B & C, on temporary basis likely to be permanent in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force. The post has all India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. On appointment, the candidate shall be governed by the ITBPF Act and Rules. The last date of receipt of application is 22nd April, 2013 for all States except for Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul- Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of HP, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep for which last date is 29th April, 2013.

2. PAY SCALE AND OTHER ALLOWANCES:-

a) Inspector Pay Band-2, 9300 – 34800+ Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- Per month.

Sub Inspector Pay Band-2, 9300 – 34800+ Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- Per month.

Head Constable Pay Band-1, 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- Per month.

Constable Pay Band-1, 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- Per month.

2 Head Constable (Dresser Veterinary)- 16 Posts.

3 Constable (Animal Transport) - 104 Posts.

4 Sub Inspector (Overseer) - 80 Posts.

5  a) Electrician - 56 Posts.
    b) Plumber - 55 Posts.
    c) Carpenter - 35 Posts.
    d) Mason - 32 Posts.
    e) Painter - 9 Posts.
    f) Welder -10 Posts.
6  a) Head Constable (Motor Mechanic) - 22 Posts.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:

1 Inspector (Hindi Translator) (For Male & Female candidates) 30 years Master’s Degree from a recognized university in Hindi or English with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or as the medium of examination at the degree level.

2 Head Constable (Dresser Veterinary) (For male only)
i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
ii) Must have passed Veterinary Stock Assistant Course
from a recognized Institution.

HOW TO APPLY AND BY WHICH DATE:-

Eligible and interested candidates should send their Applications (duly filled in Hindi or English only) complete in all respects and Candidate’s Admit Card duly filled, in the prescribed proforma as per Annexure ‘I’ and Annexure ‘II’. The application, either type written or neatly hand written in ink/ball pen, on one side only on full size plain paper with passport size photographs affixed on application should be sent alongwith application fee, and enclosures to the designated Post Box No. as mentioned against each post at para- 4 above. The application must to reach on or before the prescribed last date i.e. 22nd April, 2013 for all States except for Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir
